Hello, I’m Rico. I mainly work as a welder, and I work as a “side job” as a coder because I find it really interesting. I started programming about 10 years ago, beginning with HTML, CSS, and JS. Since I also wanted to create Windows programs with GUIs, I started learning Java and C++, but those languages weren’t really for me. So I switched to Python and learned it-now, Python is one of the most widely used programming languages.
Along the way, I also started learning other languages, including PHP and Shell scripting (.sh/.bat), and I really enjoyed working with them. Nowadays, I mainly work with the languages I’m proficient in for my daily tasks, but I constantly experiment with other languages to discover and learn new things. My most used languages are JavaScript, Python, CSS, and HTML; the rest I pick up as needed, especially for backend tasks and such.
Anyway, I can do quite a bit, but I still have limits. I’m always working on something-so I’d be happy if you give me a task :). Thanks for stopping by!
